Jan is a School Psychologist, Educator, and Mediator with over 15 years of professional experience. She is a Rule 31 listed Family Mediator with Special Circumstances in Domestic Violence and an Adjunct Professor of Psychology.
Jan holds certifications in the areas of: Breakthrough Parenting & Co-Parenting Education, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion facilitation (University of South Florida), and Restorative Justice Facilitation (University of Minnesota).
Ken is an Attorney, Mediator, and Professor. He has over 20 years of legal practice and higher education experience. He was a Senior Trial Consultant with Decision Quest, a national litigation support company.
A sought-after Visiting Professor of Law, Dr. Goldsmith has taught in China, Czech Republic, and Thailand. In recognition of his work in Higher Education, Dr. Goldsmith was appointed to the Tennessee Board of Regents in 2019 by Governor Bill Lee.
